Academia Prompt at academiaprompt.com is operated by Digital Wellness Hub LLC, at the address below. These terms describe use of this website and the conditions for our forthcoming digital education offers. Enrolment on this domain is not yet open; no purchase can currently be completed here.
Products and access
Our products are digital educational guides, prompt collections and templates. The product page and order confirmation identify the included materials, language, access period, format and price. A single guide purchase does not automatically create a subscription. Third-party AI accounts or paid AI tools are not included unless explicitly stated. Internet access and a modern browser are required.
Prices and subscriptions
The planned standard international library subscription is US$49 per month. Before any purchase, the checkout must show the final currency and amount, applicable taxes, any trial, the first charge, renewal frequency and cancellation conditions. An optional subscription renews until cancelled. Any change affecting an existing subscription will be communicated before it takes effect, with the opportunity to cancel. A promotion applies only on the terms shown with that offer.
Digital delivery
Once payment is confirmed, purchased materials are provided through the student account and access instructions are sent to the checkout email address. If instructions or materials are missing, contact support with the purchase email and date so we can verify payment and restore access. There is no physical shipping charge. A date for any product not available immediately must be disclosed before payment.
Cancellation and refunds
You may request cancellation of future renewal by emailing support@academiaprompt.com. Account cancellation will also be available when the student platform launches. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; a trial cancelled before its stated renewal time will not convert to a paid subscription. Use of materials
Purchased educational materials are licensed for your own learning and use in your work. They may not be resold or redistributed as a competing library. You remain responsible for checking AI-generated information and for the rights to any content you give an external AI tool. We do not guarantee earnings, employment or any specific AI output.
Changes and rights
We may update these website terms prospectively. The conditions confirmed with your purchase remain relevant to that order. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning content that is not supplied or is defective. Contact support to raise a concern.
