Scope and delivery
This policy describes the conditions for Academia Prompt digital products once sales open. Payment is not currently available on this domain. Materials will be delivered digitally through a student account after payment confirmation, with instructions to the purchase email. If you cannot find the email, check spam and contact support; an email delivery problem does not remove your entitlement to purchased material.
Ending a subscription
To stop future renewal, cancel in the student account when available or email support@academiaprompt.com before the stated renewal time. Include your purchase email and say you want to cancel. We will confirm the cancellation. You keep access until the end of the paid period. A cancellation request does not require a reason or accepting a retention offer.
Digital materials and refunds
Our standard commercial policy is that supplied digital library access is non-refundable once immediate supply has begun with any consent required by law. This is because the included downloadable materials can be accessed and copied promptly. This does not remove statutory withdrawal rights where they still apply, or remedies for missing, defective or misdescribed material, unauthorised charges or duplicate payments. Contact us so we can investigate.
Consumers in the EEA and UK
Where a statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies, it is preserved unless the legal conditions for an exception are met. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, beginning immediate supply may end that right only after your express consent and acknowledgement, with confirmation provided in a durable form. Merely visiting a page or accepting general terms is not enough. Different rules may apply to ongoing digital services. Mandatory local protections take priority.
How to request help or a refund
Email support@academiaprompt.com with the purchase email, product, payment date and a description of the issue. A receipt or transaction reference is helpful but is not a condition for contacting us. We assess the request against the actual purchase terms and applicable rights. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank. We will communicate the outcome and relevant timing.
